CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support

“This course is funded under the Smart and Skilled Full Qualification Entitlement Program”.

NEXT COURSE: from 22nd June 2022 (register interest here)

The Certificate III in Individual Support  reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability and other reasons. This industry is rapidly growing and seeking new workers. Work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility for own outputs. Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.

The Certificate III in Individual Support  is an excellent start  to a career in nursing. The course with  Aspire  currently achieves above 90% employment outcomes for individuals  looking for a role in the aged care, home and community or disability industries.

If you are interested in eventually completing a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing, there are many different pathways available. See our flyer on HEALTH PATHWAYS.
